This afternoon I decided it was time to deck the house out in Mardi Gras since it's just a few weeks from the occasion...since my tree is already purple, green, and gold (which you can read more about here) I decided to update my tablescape as well.
I already had the gold chargers and the vases from previous years, but this year I added some apothecary-like jars and purple place mats from Old Time Pottery, and a napkin holder that I found at Goodwill.

Overall I'm pretty pleased with the height it brings to the room, and the pop of color really brings out the Mardi Gras holiday vibe.
